Electrocoagulation Technology

Electrocoagulation (EC) is a technique for applying direct current to sacrificial electrodes that are submerged in an aqueous solution. ECS is a straightforward and efficient technique to remove the flocculating agent produced by electro-oxidation of a sacrificial anode and generally made of iron or aluminum.

Dissolved Air Floatation Technology

Dissolved air flotation is a water treatment process that clarifies wastewater by removal of suspended solids, oils, greases, BOD, COD, and metals. This is achieved by dissolving air in the wastewater under pressure and then releasing the air at atmospheric pressure in a flotation tank.

Services

Moving Bed Biofilm Technology

It is a biological technology used wastewater treatment process. The MBBRs (Moving Bed Bio-filter or Biofilm Reactors) are biological filters, fabricated to provide biological filtration and maximize oxygen concentration while enabling organic load degradation. MBBR utilizes free-moving, plastic media as biomass carriers that are maintained in suspension by aeration. The single pass, attached growth process with no sludge recycle, is robust and simple to operate with minimal process complexity.

Services

Memberance Bio Reactor Technology

What is a membrane bioreactor? A Membrane BioReactor (MBR) is a process which combines a microfiltration or ultrafiltration membrane unit with a suspended growth bioreactor, and is now widely used in both municipal and industrial WasteWater Treatment Plants (WWTPs).

Services

Trickling Technology

Bio Towers are biological treatment units used widely in effluent treatment plants. The Trickling Technology or Bio-Towers is an aerobic treatment system that utilize micro-organism that we growth in the filters to kill the bacteria in the water. Bio towers use plastic media for increasing the specific surface area of the biological action. Purpose : It is used to reduce the BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand) value of a liquid effluent. It is used to remove organic matter from wastewater.

Services

DAGAS BIO Technology

The technology of DAGAS BIO uses the "biological conveyor" is based on biocenonosis and can be used in plants with a diversified business profile, e.g. municipal, chemical, oil processing, heavy metal, petrochemical, polygraphy, food, yeast, toxic, xenobiotic, pharmacy, etc.. The Biological Wastewater Treatment Plant consists of serially connected anaerobic, oxygen and anoxic bioreactors equipped with appropriate fibers carriers with large developed surfaces on which appropriate biocenoses are deposited.

Services

Activated Sludge Process Technology

The activated sludge process is a means of treating both municipal and industrial wastewater. The activated sludge process is a multi-chamber reactor unit that uses highly concentrated microorganisms to degrade organics and remove nutrients from wastewater, producing quality effluent.

Services

Tertiary Treatment Technology

Tertiary treatment is the advanced treatment process, following secondary treatment of waste water, that produces high—quality water. Tertiary treatment includes removal of nutrients such as phosphorus and nitrogen and practically all suspended and organic matter from waste water Several tertiary treatment processes can be employed depending on the purpose, with some of the most used being the following: membrane separation processes (microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis).

Services

Ultra-Filtration Process

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a type of membrane filtration in which hydrostatic pressure forces a liquid against a semipermeable membrane. A semipermeable membrane is a thin layer of material capable of separating substances when a driving force is applied across the membrane. Membrane processes are increasingly employed for removal of bacteria and other microorganisms, particulate material, and natural organic material, which can impart color, tastes, and odors to the water and react with disinfectants to form disinfection byproducts (DBP). Advancements are made in membrane production and module design, capital and operating costs continue to decline.

Services

Multi Media Filtration Process

Multi media filter, filters the organic and inorganic solids that may cause turbidity from the water and makes them usable. It is the most effective method especially preferred for removing turbidity. Although multimedia sand filters are preferred in the pre-treatment stage of ground and surface waters, they can also be used in wastewater treatment systems to remove the turbidity.

Services

Disc Filtration Process

Disc filters are high rate inside-out filtration systems where the dirty water flows into a central drum, then out through discs.
